
A $25.00 non-refundable one-time annual registration fee is required with your first registration
of any calendar year. Full class payment including registration and materials fees, are required
to secure placement in any class. Class registration is taken on a first-come, first-served
basis; however, placement in a class is not guaranteed until full payment is received. The
maximum class capacity for all classes is 10 students. You may ask to be placed on a waiting list
if a class is full. You will be notified when a spot becomes available. Class dates and times
are subject to change, please call or visit the Eugene Glass School for further information and
updates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If minimum enrollment is not met, a class will be cancelled.
Students will be notified in advance, by phone, and a full refund will be issued. All student
cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the first day of class or no refund will be given.
Student cancellations upholding the 14-day deadline will receive refunds in full, less the $25.00
non-refundable annual registration fee.
Supplies & Tools:
Appropriate tools and materials are supplied for all classes, however, variety
is limited. The Eugene Glass School encourages all students to bring any tools and supplies of
their own. Protective eyewear is required for all classes. The Eugene Glass School does not
supply glasses; therefore, all students are asked to bring their own. Please call the Eugene
Glass School if you have any questions.
Drugs & Alcohol:
Alcohol is not permitted in or outside of the Eugene Glass School, except during permitted events. The use of
illegal drugs while at Eugene Glass School is prohibited. We do not tolerate behavior which
jeopardizes your safety or the safety of others.
Personal Property:
Eugene Glass School is not responsible for the security of property belonging
to students, instructors, or staff.
Pets:
Students are not permitted to have pets with them while at Eugene Glass School.
Unacceptable Behavior:
Eugene Glass School reserves the right to dismiss any student, without
refund, for behavior that is disruptive to the community learning, living, and/or working
environment.
