Students will learn the techniques of making small hollow shapes in glass tubing, such as pendant vials, blown beads, ornaments, perfume bottles and other small vessels. We may also work with simple hollow figural forms. The class will concentrate on borosilicate, but the techniques can be applied to any type of glass.
