Management: Eugene Glass School, its officers and employees.
Exhibits: Exhibits will be limited to portable or table-top designs. Management reserves the right to determine eligibility for exhibitors and prohibit any exhibit deemed inappropriate. Exhibits are not to exceed a height of eight feet. Aisle space will not be used for exhibit purposes. Pipe & drape is NOT planned to be used during this event.
Drayage: All exhibit material must be able to be “hand carried” or “wheeled” into the exhibit room. NO FORKLIFT AVAILABLE. NO STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE. All empty containers must be removed from booth space or stored under tables “out-of-sight”.
Exhibitor Representative: Each exhibiting company will designate one person as their representative. Booth Supplies: Each standard space will be provided 1 table, 1 chair, 1 waste basket, 1 table cover.
Badges: Identification badges will be issued to all exhibitors for admission into the exhibit room prior and during the event. Each space will be given two (2) complimentary badges for staff and booth personnel.
Use of Space: No items are to be fastened in any way to Eugene Glass School property. All exhibitor activities are to be confined to exhibitor space. Sound & lighting may not be distracting to other exhibitors.
Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to Eugene Glass School property caused by them or their representatives. NO flammable substances are permitted unless approved by the local fire marshal and Show Management.
Cancellation: NO refunds after 8/1.
Insurance: Fire, theft and liability insurance are the full and sole responsibility of each exhibitor. Certificate of Insurance naming Eugene Glass School as additional insured are to be provided prior to exhibitor move-in.
Shipping: Without prior arrangements, Do NOT ship exhibit material directly to Eugene Glass School. Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for their own shipping & handling of booth material.
Product Sales: Exhibitors are permitted to sell products displayed in booth space but are responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Oregon has no sales tax.
