Randall Grubb
Born in southern California and graduate of USC (1984), Randall wrote senior business plans on
opening a glass shop. Before building his own studio in 1985, Randall worked at several prominate
glass shops in southern California. He began blowing glass in 1982, and when he had his own
studio, began making encased lampworked paperweights. Over the years, Randall expanded his vision
and insight and by pushing the limits of hot glass, he now creates awe-inspiring large-scale
cylinders. Randall�s work has been collected for over 18 years.
