Lillian Blyth
Lillian Blyth began teaching basic pottery hand building and various arts and crafts at the age of
13 in the East Bay area of California. After entering college (CCAC) as a commercial art major,
she quickly realized that a Fine Arts Major in sculpture was for her. Lillians glass classes
incorporate the latest techniques from leading artists in the field (i.e., Gil Reynolds, Philip
Teefy, Loren Stump, etc.) and methods from her own experience over the years. Since moving to
Oregon in 1995, Lillian has been teaching at OSU Memorial Union Craft Center, Corvallis Art
Center, and the Eugene Glass School.
