Allison Sheafor-Joy
Alison received her BFA from the University of Kansas and has been blowing, flameworking, and slumping glass since 1986. She has worked at either Pilchuck Glass School or Penland School over 15 summers. A heralded Halloweener, river house, health nut, hermit, star gazer and master beader; she is one with a mutable dilemma who has learned to always drink upstream from the herd.
